“There were some lovely touches about the general accommodation such as pretty chandeliers, nice artwork and grand mirrors.
We were in room 6 which was advertised as lacking natural light, this was fine, but the decor was so dark and such a dull lightbulb, it made the room feel so dingy. There was no plug point near the mirror, so doing hair was difficult.
On the plus side the bed was very comfortable and there was a lovely big fan in the room to help combat the heat. Also the bathroom was...

“Weather was great went to visit my grandchildren who live nearby pod was great could do with a good clean on outside and decking was abit wobbly would come again good price for what it was the bed really clean toilets and showers considering how many people on site”

“TERRIBLE Experience.
We booked a room with a king-size bed for two adults and our 3-year-old child. On arrival, we were told that three people could not stay in the room, although this restriction was not stated anywhere when booking.My husband had to find and pay for another hotel and stay separately from his family.
The soundproofing is virtually non-existent The street noise was awful, and there were already earplugs in the room. Other guests were complaining about the noise too.
