“Very nice property, conveniently located. Close to all the major sites in Paris. Apartment is as advertised, with individual air conditioners in all but one room. Eclectically decorated by the property owner who is a very accomplished professional artist. She is also a one-of-kind host, with outstanding personalized service, including daily delivery of an assortment of fresh croissants and baguettes that got our family of 7 off to a fresh start every morning. You won’t find a more thoughtful...

“The property was a good spot to stay at for 4 nights. It was about a 45-minute commute to downtown. It was very close to the metro and in a safe neighbourhood. It was easy to access, clean and had everything we needed for a good stay.”

“TV didn't work...check in was impossible...AND it looks like this host is just keeping my security deposit. Just don't do it!!!”

“It’s good location of the property for a short stay. Clean room and convenient grocery shopping nearby. It is recommended for family travel. Owen”

“I had a long stay (73 nights) & would happily return. The host family are lovely, helpful and very respectful of your privacy whilst also very responsive to any requests. The location was perfect, plenty of nearby transport, a great local shop only a minute away and a divine patisserie right opposite.”

“A very nice place, very clean, Host was very helpful in every way, we asked for a anti-slip mat for the shower and he made sure we had it the same evening A service. We thought there were 2 bathrooms but it has one shower with no toilet, and one toilet, it was our mistake but we managed. The place is ideal for 2 people or a family with 2 children. Still overall very good place.”

“Cosy Studio however the sourroundings are not good because there are a fence for a motorway. The studio is on the back of the building. Inside the studio is pretty.”
