“Struttura centrale e comoda ai servizi. Appartamento nuovo ma con materasso matrimoniale sfondato da non riuscire a dormire adeguatamente e scricchiolante al minimo movimento. Secondo letto in struttura divano semi rotto che è a nostra richiesta é stato accomodato sufficientemente. Sicuramente non rispettava i canoni minimi rispetto al prezzo pagato.”

After that was a message regarding uploading our personal documents - which was acceptable. Finally they even asked for a video call to verify my identity. The entire process was so tedious with message after message on various payments, documents and calls to be made. I was boarding a flight and could not entertain their video call and...
