“Our reservation was cancelled 4 days before our stay. The reason was construction at the property, but we walked by and that was clearly not the case. We feel like we were scammed after paying lots of money to stay there. We were offered another property which looked great on paper but it was a total disaster (broken air conditioner, no sheets on one bed, trouble with wifi). The worse part was that we were not provided with a key to the gate in front of the main door and we were locked out when...
