“We stayed here just one night as we had to catch an early flight and needed to depart Termini very early. Our kids wished we had stayed longer! The apartment is very spacious and had a room for everyone. It was incredibly hot (upper 90s F) when we visited but the AC in the bedrooms worked well and cooled the communal areas quickly too. Very convenient to Termini and felt safe and quiet enough for us. The checkout procedures arrived after we left the morning of our flight so some snaffoo there...

“Everything was just fine.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Great location for sightseeing and eating out. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Enjoyed having the terrace, too. Our host Paolo was helpful, answered our questions promptly and even set up our rides from and back to the airport. We weren’t crazy about the Nuki door lock app, though, because of the confusion at the beginning and later, fear of one’s phone dying (which would mean you’d be locked out). If needed, Paolo could unlock it remotely, but...

“This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it. ”

“This apartment was absolutely perfect. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and room to spare. The host was extremely kind and helped us with a transfer from the airport. Communication was easy as was check in. I highly recommend this apartment. ”

“Appartement was ruim, twee badkamers, twee slaapkamers, een ruime eetkamer met keuken, vaatwasser. Op de binnenplaats konden we onze gehuurde fietsen stallen. Het ontvangst was prima, met voldoende uitleg over de faciliteiten. De ligging is uitstekend, vlak bij Termini en in een rustige wijk van Rome”

“Le séjour dans l'appartement a été agréable. Nous étions 7 adultes et les 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain étaient appréciables. Cependant nous avons déploré l'absence d'un minimum d'équipement dans la cuisine : éponge, torchons, ouvre bouteilles. D'autre part certains équipements auraient bien besoin de réparations : robinet de la cuisine, lavabos et douches bouchés dans certaines chambres. Le système d'ouverture de la porte de l'appartement n'est pas évident non plus et il serait sans doute...
