“Everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I would make is to mention more clearly in the description that the bed is located in a small loft area upstairs with very limited headroom. The space is not high enough to stand up in, so it can only be accessed and used while kneeling or crouching. This wasn't a problem for us, but it would be helpful for future guests to know in advance.”

“We loved staying in this cozy flat. We were met by the super helpful and attentive host upon arrival. The flat is in a charming neighborhood filled with chic shops and restaurants, about 2 blocks from Le Bon Marche and within easy walking distance of all of the sights in downtown Paris. The flat was spotlessly clean. It is well appointed and it was so nice to have 2 bathrooms and air conditioning during the heat wave. We highly recommend it and hope to return!”

“The apartment is in a very good location to get to The Marais, Beaubourg and the river within a 10 minute walk. It is quiet at night and we felt safe. It is air conditioned and has a good shower room. However, it is to all intents and purposes, hermetically sealed with no usable opening windows and the windows have obscure film or shutters on them so you can’t see outside- necessary, presumably, because it is at street level. “The flat is in a great location! Great walking distance from many activities and sights. Plenty of dining options close by! However, it is not a quiet place. We enjoyed the ambiance of lively French conversations from local cafes, but some might find it noisy. Also, this is likely due to renovations on the flat, but during our stay it smelled strongly of paint. Unico neo, per una un po' claustrofobica come me: si tratta di fatto di un negozio su strada risistemato meravigliosamente come appartamento. Quindi la stanza soggiorno, in cui c'è anche l'angolo cucina, corrisponde al locale del negozio la cui vetrina è stata sigillata e coperta da un pannello che filtra la visuale.
