“Air conditioning in main area was broken the day we got there and was not fixed for entire stay. Had to keep doors to bedroom closed just to at least sleep in a cool room as the one in bedroom could not cool down both rooms so was not really able to use entire apartment and just stay in the bedroom when we were there to rest and cool down in between sight seeing. Bathroom could really use a thorough cleaning n felt like a sauna the entire time. The location could not have been better. Very close...

“The property is very centrally located and close to all sites in Rome and is a lovely rustic type dwelling. It luxurious however it was sufficient for our needs. The only drawback is that the elevator is extremely small and cannot really fit luggage and people. We have to be going up the elevator seperately from the luggage.
