Case in affitto in Stazione di Roma Trastevere

“Beste Lage in Trastevere , aber abgewohnt mit einigen gravierenden Mängeln ( 4 Tage kein Internet , Rohrbruch unterm Waschbecken , ..)”

“Pros - excellent location, walkable to popular spots, great dine in options, roomy for 4 people, coffee & sugar in kitchen is much appreciated Cons - basement apartment, no soap/shampoo, paper towel or tissues, washroom door needs to be changed, pillows in sofa bed too soft, weird noise at night kept us awake on last day. Also someone knocking on our door in the middle of night was scary. ”

“This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. ”

“We loved everything about this apartment. It was absolutely beautiful, with a great balcony, in a quiet location, near many shops and restaurants. The host was wonderful. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“This property and stay was so amazing. The recently renovated property had modern finishes and so much room. Provided three bedrooms, two bathrooms, washer and dryer which was so helpful after a weeklong cruise and cold ac which we really appreciated . The kitchen was great to prepare meals with the island perfect size to enjoy. The patio was nice to enjoy wine in the evening and it is a few blocks away from the Vatican totally walkable. Frank was welcoming and assisted us with pickup from...

“This apartment is super cute. The location is great! I would definitely recommend this apartment but you need to be forewarned. The listing leaves out that it’s a 4 story climb up steps so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Also, it says it’s air conditioned. The units barely pumped out any air and the 3rd room has a stand alone unit that you have to vent out the window and it’s not really cold air. The kitchen is not really fitted for much cooking. I didn’t receive check in info and...

“Great location. Clean and the host was accommodating in letting us check in right away and very responsive. Only one bedroom has a door, the other has a privacy screen you can put up. The bathroom did have a smell and we had to keep the door closed. Being an old building, we could not hear street noise but the people above were quite loud at times. Earplugs is recommended if you’re a light sleeper.”

“Superb location”
