“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The communication and assistance on arrival was top notch. We are a family of four, with two teenagers. We had ample room and clean conditions. The air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi which were critical for teenagers. The location is very quiet with a great pizzeria and pastry shop just a few feet from the door. “Very nice, big rooms, fast wifi, 15min walk from trainstaion and 10min walk to taxis to airport. Check in was very easy! Water taxi picks up 1min walk. Grocery store the Prix 1 min walk, with great prices! We will most defiantly stay here again. Eat at new restaurant 6min walk- Grecia and Oriente, one of the best meals we had on our last night. ”

“運河が見えるホテルを探しましたが、どこも高額すぎるためアパートタイプのこちらの宿を予約。シャワー、トイレ、エアコン環境は快適、ミネラルウォーター、ネスプレッソカプセルのサービス、冷蔵庫、シャンプー、ハンドソープもありました。ベッドから運河見え、のんびり過ごすことができました。駅から近いため、人混み感はありますが、橋を渡らなくてもホテルにたどり着けるため、ホテルまでは大きな荷物があっても問題なくたどり着けました。難点はホテルにはエレベーターがないことのみ、しかし室内で1階あがるだけの階段のため、エアコンも効いているので、ゆっくり運ぶことができたので、大きな問題ではありませんでした。余裕を持って72時間前までに利用税や、賃貸契約の手続きを済ませるよう、オーナーさんからメールが来ていましたが、旅行中のため全くチェックをしておらず、ベネチアへ向かう電車の中から連絡を取り、バダバタな状態でしたが、滞りなく手続きをすることができました。最終日はチェックアウトは10時ですが、その後ホテル内の邪魔にならない所に荷物を置くことも、許可していただき、終始とても快適に過ごすことができました。”

“Brilliant property and wonderful staff. Veronica met us at the ferry and walked us to the property which was absolutely stunning. The size, scale, design, and decor of this apartment is magazine worthy. We enjoyed everything about it, especially the rooftop deck at night. I only wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“Great location but a bit tricky to find and get into. Comfortable apartment although the kitchen is lacking if you intend to cook- no oil, salt, pepper and the coffee maker needs pods (couldn't find these in the store??). The floor has a lot of damage and a window shade is missing. Somewhat noisy with people walking right next to bedroom at 6 am and 10 pm.”
