“Poor air conditioning but nice place ”

“It was a great residence with a semi private garden. It was clean and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There was a small problem in the main bathroom shower. The shower head is broken and leaks and needs to be repaired. Outside of that it was a wonderful place, well located, and well maintained.”

But there are also a few inconveniences: some ugly black marks on the walls, especially in the master bedroom and on the staircase to the first floor. The shower on the ground floor had a small defect, there were no instructions for use for the TV, A/C, the oven or other appliances. “Tutto discretamente bene. Buona la comunicazione con la persona che gestiva l’immobile per conto del proprietario. La pulizia non molto bene. L’arredamento e il bagno da rivedere. Locale chiassoso davanti allo stabile che da decisamente fastidio con vociare ininterrottamente dalle 20 alle 23. Grazie al cielo i buoni infissi hanno attutito il rumore. La posizione abbastanza buona e ben servita da ristoranti market e bar… ”

“Appartamento molto bello ma non troppo curato (la cucina e' poco attrezzata, in bagno non c'e nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare il necessario, non ci sono i coprimaterassi...). La posizione è ottima, comoda alla stazione, centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Pulizia discreta ”
