“The breakfast your typical continental breakfast. It did not start until 7am which was a bit late for Travellers. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The check in was great, the man on the desk friendly. ”

“Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you ”

“The property seemed more like a motel. The furniture was old and in need of repair. There was a broken office chair. The bed mattress was more firm than i would like it. The staff did provide clean towels and linens and kept the room tidy. For the price i paid, it wasnt bad. I wasnt too happy about the noise next door to my room. People playing music all night. “This hotel is attractive and has comfortable rooms. However, it seemed severely understaffed. The pool was out of towels, leaving my kid shivering outside it while I found someone who could get more towels. At breakfast, they were completely out of bowls. My kids ate their cereal off plates. Then they ran out of forks. A patron asked a staff member if more were coming and she said “by the time they are ready, we’ll be closed.” Important to note that breakfast closes at 9 - seems very early for a...

“Room was clean and the staff was accommodating for a late night check-in.”

“Nice clean and comfortable room. Nothing fancy but great for an overnight stay. Very good price. ”

“Dog and human hair in the sheets and on the floor. Cold bathroom due to structure of building, but heated light bulb helped and room heater worked well. Regardless, I wasn't going to sleep in sheets with people and animal hairs, so I found another hotel to stay at. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are bringing your pet.”
