“Expérience intéressante. On y va surtout pour les deux repas gastronomiques. Le repas du soir avait 7 services. La qualité est excellente. Le bain public à l'intérieur est très bien organisé: casiers, serviettes, savon et shampoing. Le bain extérieur est très beau. Nous avons choisi la chambre traditionnelle pour l'expérience de dormir sur un futon sur les tatamis. C'est amusant mais une nuit c'est assez. La chambre était grande et pratique. Le soir plusieurs touristes se promènent en yukata...

“The room was everything I dreamed of having in an Onsen. It was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. We chose the room with the western beds and found it quite comfortable and very spacious. The staff was extremely helpful. Spoke English well, and the food was amazing. The presentation of both our breakfast and dinner was a beautiful display of Japanese aesthetics. We loved the mineral bath, and we love the fact that we had an indoor and an outdoor mineral pool.”

“テラスのある露天風呂付きのお部屋に泊まりました。露天風呂の横にシャワールームの個室にあってヒーターが完備されていたので寒さを感じることはありませんでした。アメニティもイタリア製の化粧品やネスカフェのコーヒーマシン、オーガニックの紅茶などクオリティが置かれていました。1点気になったのはトイレの手洗いが掃除ができていないのか汚くて使えませんでした。 食事は2食とも個室でいただきました。夕食は客前寿司、朝食はだし巻き卵を目の前で調理して提供して下ったり、食材も自家製の味噌や県内産の米や野菜が使われていて見た目も美しい料理を楽しむことができました。 女将さんをはじめ、若いスタッフの方々のおもてなしも行き届いていてお勧めのお宿であることは間違いありません。”

“The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all...
