La Casita gode di una vista a 180 gradi che spazia da capo Falcone a Castelsardo, con i colori della spiaggia della Pelosa, del passo dei Fornelli e dell'isola Asinara di fronte alla veranda.
Tale scenario si può godere comodamente seduti a tavola nella grande veranda nord.
La casa, tutta in pietra di Stintino è immersa nella macchia mediterranea ed è molto curata.
Dispone di salone con parete vetrata scorrevole, cucina attrezzata con isola, piano cottura ad induzione, forno elettrico, due camere da letto, un bagnio, due verande abitabili, giardino privato e posto auto.
I posti letto sono così distribuiti:
- camera matrimoniale ;
- camera con letto a castello.
Entrambe le camere sono fornite di un grande armadio
Il bagno è dotato di wc, bidet, lavabo, doccia e boiler ed asciuga capelli.
La cucina è attrezzata ad eccezione della lavastoviglie.
Accessori: Climatizzatore, boiler, phon, televisore, biblioteca, frigo/freezer.
La terrazza nord è arredata con tavolo in mogano da 4/6 posti, panca in in legno e 2/4 sedie; e ... la vista.
La veranda lato sud gode di vista sul giardino ed è dotata di lavabiancheria ed un piccolo barbecue elettrico.
Il giardino privato è immerso nel verde e può essere utilizzato a piacere.
Il posto auto non assegnato è ubicato nella zona condominiale, accessibile dall'ingresso posto alla fine del muro di recinzione e offre un ricovero ombreggiato, anche se in alcuni punti dissestato dall'opera dei cinghiali.

The house, built entirely of Stintino stone, is immersed in Mediterranean scrub and is meticulously maintained.
It features a living room with a sliding glass wall, a kitchen equipped with an island, induction stove, and electric oven, two bedrooms, a bathroom, two habitable verandas, a private garden, and a parking space.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- double bedroom;
- bedroom with a bunk bed.

Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower, hair dryer and boiler.
The kitchen is fully equipped except for a dishwasher.
Accessories: Air conditioning, boiler, hairdryer, television, library, fridge/freezer.
The north terrace is furnished with a mahogany table seating 4-6, a wooden bench, and 2-4 chairs; and... the view.
The south-facing veranda overlooks the garden and is equipped with a washing machine and a small electric barbecue.
The private garden is surrounded by greenery and can be used as desired.
The unassigned parking space is located in the condominium area, accessible from the entrance at the end of the fenced wall. It offers shaded shelter, although some areas are damaged by wild boars.
