Hotel a Stockbury

“Howfield Manor is a really lovely hotel. Quite a unique venue. The staff were so helpful. This is my second time at the hotel yesterday was for sisters Celebration of Life. We were in the marque which was beautifully laid out, the food was extremely good and the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely room which was very clean and we had a superb view of the gardens. Highly recommended.”

“Stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: mancava lo spazzolino per il water e la temperatura dell'acqua calda non si poteva alzare più di tanto. Ovviamente si tratta di un hotel autostradale, quindi non si può pretendere che la location sia particolarmente amena, però in generale la stanza era davvero molto meglio della media riscontrata in tutta la vacanza.”

“Great central location, ideal for the concert. Comfy bed with TV and bath with shower head. Clean. Friendly staff available 24hrs. Toilet cistern filled up all night so kept getting woken up and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Seemed to be on restriction. No shower gel or soap. Simple things that would have made a big difference to ratings. Could have done with a new shower curtain and shower head holder.”

“It’s a basic clean and neat hotel similar to Premier Inn.. it was expensive paid half the price not long ago, rather disappointing..”

“The hotel is very clean and the staff polite and helpful. Generously sized rooms with good sized bathrooms. Depending on your way of looking at the hotel it is either outdated ot retro. Breakfast and the food from the restaurant was good quality.”

“Very old and tired hotel. Room could do with a make over and a clean. TV remote was filthy, stale smell in room, soap dish fell off the wall then touched. ”

“Our room and bathroom were spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Plan to stay there again.”

“The linen was very fresh and clean smelling, owner very pleasant. The property is undergoing refurbishment, hence the low price. TV didnt work and fridge needed a clean, the loo brush was source of nasty smell. ”

“Molto comodo per chi viaggia da e per aeroporto , in zona non c’è molto , ma è fornito molto bene con un Mc donald di fronte e dei negozi . Nel piano superiore c’è un ristorante è un bar con la visuale della posta dell aeroporto ! Davvero consigliato ”

“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....
