“It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx”

“The room was spacious and very clean. Very nice touch with a bottle of sparkling and still water each side of the bed. Breakfast was substantial. Getting to the rooms with a very tight turn at the top was challenging but the staff offered help both with the luggage when we arrived and when we left. Staff were brilliant Would definitely stay again as it was such good value for money”

“I recently stayed at Shenandoah House while visiting family nearby, and chose it because it was pet-friendly and had such excellent reviews. I’m so glad I did. From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome from Jim, who immediately made friends with our dog. The room was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up.
