“The hosts were very accommodating and responsive :) They even did a mid-stay refresh in our room ! ( we stayed 6 nights) The location is very conveniently located to everything in downtown Bayfield. Also, it’s a quick drive to other awesome little towns. The ac works GREAT! The huge soaking tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and exploring. Loved the attention to detail and views. ”

“Beautiful and comfortable home close to downtown Bayfield which was perfect for my Mom, my dog and me. Plenty of space for us inside as well as outside to walk the dog. The owners were very quick to respond to a special request we had while we were staying there, and we really appreciated their kindness. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very little traffic and very quiet beach. It was early in the year before tourist season but very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. House was very clean. ”

“Clean cozy place. Our friends have stayed here before so we knew what to expect, no surprises. Very quiet, great sun in the morning & afternoon.”

“We loved our stay at Lori and Craig’s home in the woods. The house is wonderful and felt like a home from the moment we entered. There was plenty of space for the five of us. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the towels plush and cozy. We loved watching and listening to birds on the screened-in porch and eating breakfast and playing games on the big table. Unfortunately, our stay was short but we are hoping to return one day…..”

“We really enjoyed staying here - the house is very nice and spacious. Everything was nice and clean and check-in was super easy. The kitchen is amazing and has anything you might need for making meals. It’s located in a quieter part of the island with a nice fire pit area to hang out and relax. It’s close to both big bay state and town parks where we spent a lot of time exploring with our little one. The owners were great with communication. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“A beautfiul little cabin. Loved that it felt remote but only a few minutes away from town. Had everything we needed. Screened in porch was the best. Adding a couple comfy chairs out there would be my only suggestion to amplify the experience. Had a wonderful little weekend getaway in Bayfield and on Madeline Island. Thank you!”

“Island Fox was a nice home to stay on the island and had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The screened in porch was comfortable to sit and read without the bugs. We even saw a bear! The check in process ended up being very easy however I didn’t get communication on it in advance and no response when I messaged and called on our drive up. All in all a great stay. Thank you for sharing your home.”
