“Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. ”

“Everyone we saw and spoke to at the front desk was super friendly! Room was clean and bed was comfy. It’s not the fanciest place but it was a good location for us and I slept really well so that’s always a plus! Never got up for breakfast! ”

“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic other than the pillows. They were pretty flat but I did request to have an extra pillow because I normally sleep with extra and the gentleman ended up going downstairs and got me some brand new pillows which were perfect. The only area of improvement I would suggest is the Bistro was very tiny and essentially was transformed to Starbucks the next morning. “The room did not have significant amount of heat the convexor was blowing semi.Hot air. Evan, when the thermostat was set at 80 degrees. I left the room much earlier than I anticipated 4 AM. Spoke to the clerk as I was returning my swipe guard and she says yes. The rooms are cold. Her herself had a coat on in the office.”
