“The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor as I had to resort to Walmart for cleaning products and coming back to the hotel and cleaning it myself. My room felt extremely outdated though they mentioned recent renovations. I was frustrated that the shuttle only runs on Fridays and Saturdays so I had to spend extra money for a shuttle throughout the week and wasn’t expecting to do so. “I stay here quarterly, when I come to town on business. They upgraded the waiting area with work spaces that included a small built in tv and table. I love the free washer and drier, convenient cafe with friendly help, quiet rooms with large tv and desk as well as loveseat and large ottoman. Plenty of parking and close to Italian restaurants, new Dunkin, Friendly's, and a nice steak house just around the corner and a short walk. “Cigarettes smell all over the hall way. That smell reaches the non smoking rooms through the gap under the doors. Toilet seat, water tap etc needs fixing No single hook to hang cloths- no shelves/ closets to hang our clothes: terrible Yah, for that price - yah, you can have a good shower but you may not be able to sleep well if you turn on A/C - stuffy smell Everything needs maintenance”

“On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc).”
