“The hotel is centrally located, and the parking was easy. Staff was kind and accommodating. We had a pleasant stay. ”

“Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. ”

“The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. That made what otherwise would have been an excellent stay to just a good stay. Staff was very nice even though they were unable to get the refrigerator situation resolved. ”

“Good: Breakfast had boiled eggs and yogurt. That's nice. Front end staff very nice. Bad: The bed was awful. The room is outdated and little dingy, dirty/peeling wallpaper. Housekeeping was nonexistent. You can hear EVERYTHING. I was on the first floor. Every stop above. Everything the neighbors are saying. Everything outside. Loudest hotel I've ever stayed at.”

“Pool was great, room clean. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of pot. I was there for a cheer comp as many parents and kids were. We stayed two nights. The entire hotel smelled very strong of weed. Throughout our entire time. We were in and out of the hotel various times of the day and night and it stunk. Don’t think we will be back”

“Was absolutely nasty, first the sign saying not responsible for things left in room. Drug addict looking people getting off the elevator, couch in lobby was broken in the middle like someone jumoed on it, Drunk stumbled off the elevator to outside. this was 1:30am we had no choice but to stay rather in our car. went up stairs in the nasty hallways, went into the room the beds had no more springs in the mattress, looked like they were 20 years old. sitting on the side of the bed both ends of the...

“Jets in hot tub didn’t work all so well ”

“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!! Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore. PESSIMO MOTEL”

“Dirty, rusty bath tub. Smelled like cigarettes smoke. Noisy outdoors there was a person “talking/yellimg” on her phone in front of our door. 3:00 A.M. felt very uncomfortable ”

“The bed was bumpy, and also the pillows, they never in the three days to stay, made the bed or change the pillows, clean the room, not even empty the garbage in the trashcan. The breakfast didn’t have felt fresh, the coffee tasted burnt, and the pastries were old”

“Everything was great. Preface was good enough preface for everyone in hotel. Parking was great easy to get to staff was very happy and pleasure to help you. Room was clean, great that it didn't have carpet and it had vinyl flooring which was perfect. Rooms, smell nice and fresh. Well be back there, again. Thank you CS”
