“Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good.
The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?”

“Staff at this hotel are a huge credit to Premier Inn. I have visited a couple of times and they have always gone the extra mile. In addition, the rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable.”

All staff I encountered, especially the breakfast employees, were so helpful, kind thoughtful and friendly. Room was plenty big enough even with my dogs bed. Shower was efficient and so the hotel was quiet at night. Only gripe - tea bags were not what I’m used to and not great. Otherwise ideal stay. Great vfm too. ”

Parts of the hotel are a little tired and the unmodernised bedrooms need a facelift although theyre perfectly comfortable. Breakfast is good but the addition of fruit and yoghurts would give more variety for those who dont want the cooked option. All the staff are polite and friendly and I would recomment this hotel for a quiet, relaxing...

Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience.
We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect.
Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).

“We were visiting friends in Cromer Pier Show and I wanted to book a last minute Hotel. The Holiday Inn was the closest (over 20 miles away) and available and the best rate.
I didn’t realise breakfast was included, which was a nice surprise when the receptionist informed us at check in.
We could have used the pool, but didn’t have time in the end. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. My son and I will be back next year, unless we camp in Cromer.
