“Nice place everything was Great. The only thing that is not ok is the fact that 250.00 dollars was held from my bank account when we checked in. Once we checked out i was told that it would not be returned to my account for 7 to 10 days. This was a hold on my account just to make sure there was no damages. The point is you all put the hold on my account instantly but it takes up to 10 days to return my money this is not right. I am not pleased with that at all. ”

“The hotel was overall good. When we arrived for check in, we were the 4th in line. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in because they only had one staff member working the front. A few days before we got there, I called the hotel to specifically ask what the incidental deposit was and was told $15. When we checked in, she said it was $50 and that policy changed 2 weeks prior. “This hotel is great. Especially for the price. We booked the day before and had zero issues. The pool was clean and warm. The room was large and had all the things needed... I appreciated that the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. Check in was a breeze, they had at least 3 breakfast attendants working as well.
