“Once you are here, the property is great. The customer service/help with bookings is atrocious. We stayed here once and enjoyed it, tried to stay again and needed help with the booking, and dealing with the owner was horrific. I suppose they are so busy they don’t care. ”

We had some issues, but were given a partial refund for those issues at the end, so the resort made it right.
