“If you are thinking to visit the outer banks, John Yancy is the place to be. It is emaculately clean, the staff is amazing, attends to your needs promptly. Breakfast area is clean and there is always someone to assist. The airconditioner is perfectly working and quiet.”

Le foto del motel riprese dall'alto ingannano, così come le foto delle camere, sono proprio brutte; appena si entra si sente odore di muffa, il condizionatore fa freddo ma non toglie l'umidità e inoltre fa un rumore infernale. Siamo stati tre notti in questo posto e non hanno mai fatto le camere, cambiavano solo gli asciugamani. Bagno minuscolo. Pulizia da migliorare. Porta di ingresso indecente così anche quella specie di portico con due sedie un vaso con sabbia...

“This was a wondeful property. I had never stayed in one of the boutique hotels but enjoyed the concept. The amenities in the game room were awesome! My small children enjoyed the complimentary popcorn and chocolate chip cookies. The continental breakfast selection was also fantastic. Very clean, centrally located, and easy to check in and out (despite an onsite attendant). We will be back!”

“Hotel con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e con un ampio parcheggio. Bella piscina Camere ampie e comode anche per 4 persone. Durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti non hanno rifatto le camere come durante il periodo Covid. Colazione abbondante e varia. ”

“Room was clean but food left over in the microwave tht had a horriable smell in room..i informed the front desk she just gave me spray and said someone had just checked out at 10 am..i doupt it cause they wud have smelled the rotten food..fridge didnt work..and toilet gurgled all not like it was backed up..deff find a better motel or place to stay..front desk could have cared less..”

“It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!”

“We had a pleasant stay. Our room had 2 beds and a sitting area with a full balcony. Continental breakfast had a lot of choices and snacks were always out. I would stay there again.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at The Tranquil House Inn in Manteo while we explored the Outer Banks. The rooms and service were great, and the location right on the water in downtown Manteo was perfect. Manteo has a charming downtown that offers plenty of shops and attractions without feeling too touristy. We also really enjoyed the light breakfast offerings each morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful.”
