“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Cozy Cub." This is a condo located high up on the side of a mountain, in a complex called "Deer Ridge Mountain Resort." The views are truly beautiful. One of the highlights of our trip was simply sitting on the balcony snacking on wine & cheese while watching the ever-changing mountains at sunset. Ed is a great host who went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed during our stay.”

“Our 2-BR condo was lovely. Everything was sparkling clean and the place was spacious for what we needed.
What MADE it, though, was the VIEW which was spectacular!
I felt we should have been pre-informed that there was no coffee for us to use. We could have easily brought some but didn’t know of its non-existence.”

“Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz.”

“We walked into the "condo" unit and were immediately disappointed - tiny, poor conditions, and just overall disappointed with this tiny property. It felt like we walked into someone's subpar apartment, is the best way I can describe this property.. The "pool" is no bigger than a hottub, and the "hottub" is basically a toddler pool. Property owner refused to offer any remediation.”
