“Close to Lake Louise Ski Resort, and very clean. Only complaint is that wifi is TERRIBLE and there is no cell service. Not ideal. ”

“The property looked like it needed an upgrade, no tv and the WiFi did not work. The room has stained carpet and carpet was ripped. The hotel charges a lot of money but it felt like a motel 6. The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. ”

“We loved everything about the place! Friendly hosts. Lovely shop in office. Small hockey rink. The jacuzzi suite was fantastic! Would love to come back some day!”

“Plan for an extra 30 minutes because you need to take a shuttle from base camp to the hotel. Not enough help and the whole place seems to be run by children . Also the Murphy bed was broken and didn’t get fixed for two nights. Refrigerator is very small and loud and no air conditioning. Unimpressed by management . Hotel hard to reach via phone call if you have any questions. I would never stay there.”

“Un hotel particolare che però a mio parere non vale i costi alti. Sei sulla strada dei laghi ma ci devi comunque andare senza la tua auto e questo rende inutile prendere questa struttura. Inoltre il terzo letto è un divano letto non comodissimo. Per il resto tutto super personale perfetto. Abbiamo chiesto e ottenuto il rifacimento stanza, coperte e cuscini e siamo stati sempre accontentati. ”

“My sister in law and I come here once a year now. The rooms are large with a fireplace and kitchen and we get our own bathrooms too. We love how we can put our bathrobes on and head down to the onsite hot tubs and spa.”
