“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

“Great front desk staff. Decent gym. My room had some maintenance issues (peeling wall paper in bathroom). But overall a solid property and I would stay there again.”

“It was what im looking to wait for my trip near the airport. They had ride to airport allnday. Hotel has a pool but was pretty dirty, beside this everything else was good.”
