“The cleanliness of the room was non-existent. The tub and floor were covered in cigarette burns. The shower fan had been removed. The sink area had some blood stains. The chair back was broken. Only two roaches spotted. The toilet had not been flushed from its last use. The toilet roll that had been provided was water soaked and had fired into an unusable mass. The towels contained stains. I repaired the shower curtain that was held up by 2-3 hooks. The shower rod itself was fragile and loose....
