“Classy & historical “old” Tucson resort - well maintained in great location”

“The A/C in our room was not working well. Temp wouldn't come down below 77 degrees with unit running constantly. Switched rooms for our 2nd night...room only cooled down to 75 degrees despite the a/c running constantly. Also, room-phone was not working during or 2nd night. I had to walk down to the front desk to order room service. We have been coming to the Westin La Paloma for 35 years. “Checking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was right of the elevator, which I love so much! The room was clean and t was very quiet and comfortable. The Diamond cafe food was amazing. The scallops and risotto were delicious. I truly enjoyed everything about this place. I will definitely be going back again soon.
