“My expectations were far exceeded with this style. Myself and my two children had a river view family room which was a great size and had a lovely view. The breakfast was better than average for a very responsible price and kids ate free! The location is exceptional and had parking. We could walk to Shakespeare's birthplace in 5 mins or less. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Avonpark House is a very good travellers rest. Comfortable and clean, our room was a reasonable size as was the ensuite. It’s a walkable distance into the centre of town. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Good parking available and an excellent breakfast.”

“Ci siamo innamorati di questo posto e ci è dispiaciuto tanto passarci una notte sola! Il pub è molto caratteristico e la camera era accogliente e pulita, con tutti i prodotti necessari e anche qualche coccola in più, molto apprezzata, come cioccolata e biscotti. Menzione d'onore al letto, che era comodissimo. Abbiamo dormito veramente bene! Anche la colazione ottima!!! E' possibile ordinare un piatto a scelta all'interno del loro menu alla carta, estremamente completo, e i piatti erano veramente...

“There was no hair dryer, no bedside lamps the bathroom mouldy, we were moved better room but still needed a damn good clean! Paint on headboard, dusty lights etc. dated and dirty! Would not go again ever! They also used to house illegal migrabts maybe that’s why the place is a dump! Parking £12 for 24rs!”

“Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.”
