“The hotel was nice. Rooms were clean. Only problem I found was the towels. 2/3 had old stains on them. No acceptable for such a nice establishment ”

“This hotel is lovely. I loved the details. From your name on the screen when you arrived, the photographs on each door to someone texting you to ensure you had everything. The beds are really comfy, the breakfast was lovely in the mornings and the pool was great for our family. We will be back! 10/10 recommend.”

“Clean room. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Pool area cleanly, but small. Gym area cleanly but very small. Breakfast lacked variety for anyone with gluten intolerances, but was otherwise edible. ”

“Arbitrary rules for the property rankled. For example, when I had worked in a motel, we were pleased to see people arriving a bit before check-in time as it would reduce the rush at check-in time. In this motel, they want you to pay extra if you arrive a bit early to drop off your bags.”

“Our room needed refurbishment. The two floor lamps each had one of two bulbs missing, and the light over the TV is just a bare bulb with no enclosure (like a wall sconce). The electrical heating in the bathroom had the fins exposed, cracked floor tiling, and discoloration at one corner where the bath tub met the wall. The TV did not work, and the maintenance person was not available to fix it. However, the the room was warm, the king bed was comfortable, the room was quiet despite facing a...
