“Cleanliness and Amenities”

“Staff were great. Breakfast supervisor was awesome but under appreciated by most of the other patrons. Remember to tip her if you go! Room was clean but the shower did need some tlc. Overall we would go back!”

“Every time we come to Edmonton we stay in Best Western Plus Sherwood Park Inn & Suites because the room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the staffs are friendly and efficient, the environment is quiet and the breakfast is great!”

“Upon arriving, there was a 10 minute wait as no one was at the front desk and there was a line up for check in. Room was okay with comfortable beds. Hot water took a mininum of 5 minutes to reach a tolerable temperature and for 2 days it never got hot at all. The place looks abandonded as there is no staff anywhere. There was only 1 staff member at the front desk and that's all we saw. We stayed for 3 nights, and no one came to clean our room. We ran out of towels and I had to ask the front desk...

“This was the first time we ever staying in a room with our puppy. I know his barking upset a guest across the hall and I apologize. One thing, and I mention it, was that we killed a number of ants in the room. otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Alana Newton”

“This is a great place if you want a casino night or show. The food was great and relatively inexpensive. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the pillows. The staff were all excellent.”

“Loved the two bedrooms , clean rooms hallways entryway, came in earlier than the sign in time, we were given our room as we needed a room to change clothes for a wedding. All in all I would stay here again. Marianne C”
