They should be the standard for all customer service personnel. I hope that the Hyatt Place managers will recognize both Nadine and Jude in some meaningful way.”

“No, the balcony was definitely mot scenic, the view it offered was other warehouse roofs and frankly, made me a little uncomfortable. The stove in the roof was difficult to operate We never cooked. Staff, Luke was exceptionally nice. Helpful with things in the area.”

“This is a really nice hotel to stay at, conveniently located for both driving and public transport. It's also sat on top a pub which is great! Staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is clean and feels modern. My room wasn't the biggest, but plenty large enough as a base from which to explore Melbourne. The guest laundry is well stocked with washers, dryers, irons and detergent. It can get a little noisy at times as it's sat right next to a busy road, but mostly wasn't too...

“The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, and excellent service! The hotel was not a high end hotel, but it was clean, great set up with two bedrooms, great restaurant for a bite to eat and excellent service at the hotel bar. This was a transitional night for us before flying out of Tullamarine airport. It was very affordable and exceeded my expectations! ”
