“All aspects of the North Reading, PA, hotel were outstanding except parking area could be a bit larger and the driveway into the facility had too many potholes!”

“Stayed for one night. Got there very late, even so the overnight attendant was very helpful and got me checked in quickly. Room was clean, didn’t notice any major issues. Bed and stay were comfortable. My only complaint was the bar soap they had felt very slimy. They were able to offer me free late check out until noon. Overall, good experience for the price I paid.”

“Camera molto pulita e spaziosa con servizio per il caffè , comodo il parcheggio proprio dall’altro lato della strada , siamo arrivati molto tardi ma con il self check-in non abbiamo avuto problemi . Fantastica la colazione e la sala comune la mattina dopo , è stato un piacere soggiornare qui e torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo bisogno ”

“Overall this place was a decent place to stay for only one night. We were in town for a wedding and this was local. The room smelled clean but there were stains everywhere and all the furniture was ripped and beaten up. Bed was not soft. We had key issues throughout the night and had to get new keys at 2AM. The benefits were that were was close parking and hot water. I hope they improve their rooms.”

“When I booked the room I requested wheelchair accessible. It was accessible with the wheelchair but the bathroom was not. The staff was helpful. But the ice machine was broken and the room had a weird smell.”

“Pack your own sheets... you might need them. We had barely checked into our room before we noticed black hair all over the floors and bathroom, making it pretty obvious the room hadn't been vacuumed well in who knows how long. Then, when I tucked my 7-year-old into bed, I found a bloody Band-Aid hidden under the blankets. Absolutely disgusting. It makes me wonder if the sheets and blankets were even changed between guests. The staff who helped us were incredibly kind and genuinely felt terrible,...

“Our room was very clean but that was the only area that was. Hallways filthy and everything was run down. Pool is closed. Rugs are disgusting., thankfully the room had a lament floor. Disappointing for $350 a night! ”
