“I booked this for my older mum as we needed somewhere nearby where she could stay as I don’t have a spare room. I think the place offered a great location and was a really great price. I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

“Buona la posizione tra le due fermate della metro che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro di Londra in 15/20 minuti. Struttura pulita e con camera rinnovata. Buona la colazione. Il personale e' stato quasi tutto gentile e disponibile. Non bella la zona in cui sorge l'hotel, abbastanza sporca e con negozi e locali principalmente mediorientali”

“arrivate il 26 dicembre abbiamo scoperto che c'era sciopero dei treni e quindi raggiungere norbury è stato una piccola odissea con due cambi di autobus,ma, una volta arrivate tutto bene : accoglienza cordiale, disponibile, camera con bagno privato pulitissima ( avevo il terrore di moquette e carte da parati improbabili) , cambio giornaliero degli asciugami, letto comodo, stanza ben riscaldata, colazione fai da te più che risparmiosa visti i prezzi fuori, certo si sentivano i treni passare ma non...

“Het slot van de kamer zag er een beetje twijfelachtig uit. Maar na een snelle inspectie bleek dit prima te werken. De kamer oogde schoon, maar na wat beter te kijken bleek er een pleister van een vorige bezoeker op de grond te liggen, samen met allerlei andere troep en stofresten onder het bed. Op een van de muren zat een vieze vlek. Op de kast ligt een dikke laag stof en troep. De badkamer ruikt muf. De afvoer van de douchebak loopt slecht door. Het verwijderen van de afdekkap helpt het...

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
