"Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. Some leather made it necessary to open the windows once or twice a day. Had to turn off the air conditioning for my bad throat, but then, even though the room temperature was fine, the blankets were too hot for me and I had to ask for just a sheet, which solved the problem. Friendly staff."

"I liked that it was 5 minutes walking from the underground. I also liked the kindness of the people working at the hotel. But I had to ask to clean the room twice, it was full of dust everywhere, and in the bathtub there was some hair. Two days before our departure the fire alarm went on at six o clock in the morning and we all got very scared. They said it was a false alarm."

"Albergo in ottima posizione vicino metro Imperial wharf. Zona molto silenziosa ma vicino al tamigi. Supermercato e ristoranti vicini. Se proprio devo trovare difetto è il parcheggio, 85 sterline al giorno mi sembrano un po' troppe. Cmq ci ritornerei sicuramente "
