De kamer oogde schoon, maar na wat beter te kijken bleek er een pleister van een vorige bezoeker op de grond te liggen, samen met allerlei andere troep en stofresten onder het bed. Op een van de muren zat een vieze vlek. Op de kast ligt een dikke laag stof en troep. De badkamer ruikt muf. De afvoer van de douchebak loopt slecht door. “Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“Buona la posizione tra le due fermate della metro che ti permettono di raggiungere il centro di Londra in 15/20 minuti. Struttura pulita e con camera rinnovata. Buona la colazione. Il personale e' stato quasi tutto gentile e disponibile. Non bella la zona in cui sorge l'hotel, abbastanza sporca e con negozi e locali principalmente mediorientali”

“Cameretta al secondo piano, senza ascensore. Ho vhiesto un cambio al primo piano per un dolore al ginocchio, ma dicevano che era tutto prenotato”

“Very nice Hotel, comfortable and clean room, friendly environment. I wish they could improve the breakfast time: starting at 0730 it is just way too late! I went to the restaurant at 0735 and they were still not fully ready and since is not a buffet, you need to actually order at the table is not something you can rush a bit if you have to go, so I was given a coffee and just one (1) pastry to take away. ”
