“Best hotel in london”

“There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice.”

“Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. ”

“The property is beautiful. Love seeing all the deer. The restaurant on the main floor is excellent, as is all of the staff. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that there are no safety bars in the shower. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.”

“Staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Our toilet flooded right after check-in and staff responded quickly and professionally to address the situation. Room was clean, well maintained and great for any length of stay for business or pleasure. Breakfast had excellent variety and staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you ”

“Breakfast was sub par. Ive stayed at this hotel a few times and breakfast was always fresh and tasty. This time, i went diwn at 7:45an and the cooked items (scrambelled eggs and cubed potatoes & ham) were stale and did not taste good. There was a much reduced selection of muffins and sweet items. ”

“Clean room, though bathroom plunger was coated in dust. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Extra blanket and kettle would have been appreciated. ”

“The area has no indoor pool, is not accessible for all persons. The room had broken items in it and questionable stains in the tub which meant i had to shower. Not to mention the very outdated couch in the room. The positive was the bed was comfy.”
