“It was good”

“The building was old, but it was very clean, and I felt right at home. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff were friendly, too.”

“Staff extremely nice and accommodating. Very family friendly. Rooms seem a bit old but was pretty clean. Room did smell of smoke even though a non-smoking room but could be due to age of room just having a lingering smell.”

“Dirty guestroom beds, bathrooms and floors, half the machines in arcade room don’t work. Hotel staff said either stay and deal with it cause no housekeeping available or leave without a refund. Pet hairs everywhere and with allergies we couldn’t stay to protect our health. Expedia wouldn’t even fight for a refund so no to them both for me.”

“Your basic hotel. Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was good. Staff was good.”

“It was a high end property (I.e. expensive) but lived up to its price. But the bed was too soft. Also the room temperature was hard to adjust.”

“When we arrived to our room we pulled the cover down and the sheets were covered in black curly hairs. Proceeded to go to front desk (10pm) and was told the maid went home so the best they could do was give me clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Did not offer to come and change and there was two people at the desk. Horrible customer service. Will not ever return.”

“This place is always great! The location is great if you are looking to get right to the nightlife. Everything is always super clean. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the Cleveland area including the Ritz and Hyatt is my choice everytime.”
