Hotel a Strongsville

“After our nice experience we stayed again here on our way back from New Jersey. They have very good free breakfast that is included in room cost. We will stay here again in the future if travel the same route.”

“The toilet was broken and had to request assistance 3 times for an over flowing toilet. The toilet had be removed. I had to book another place to stay for the night on short notice.”

“The staff was kind and the hotel was pretty clean. The pool had strange amounts of hair in it and there were no towels in the pool area as well as our room. We felt they weren't telling us the real reason we were not allowed in our room when we got there after check-in time. It was a very strange interaction but felt that if they'd just told us the truth, we wouldn't have felt like we were being lied to.”

“The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!”

“We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.”

“The Orbit is always clean and comfortable. After multiple stays at the Orbit, I’ve been impressed by the consistency and its close proximity to the airport and NASA’s Glenn Research Center makes it a must stay if visiting Cleveland.”

“We left a pair of nice shoes in our room with brand new custom inserts in them. I called and spoke to someone that said nothing had been turned in. I asked if I could leave my number just in case, as I had booked through expedia and wasn't sure they had my information. A few days later, I received a voicemail from Erin who said they had found them! I was actually shocked because they were a nice pair of shoes and I thought after 4 days if they hadn't turned up, they were gone. My son lives...

“Room was basic but very clean and convenient location as admissions office in the same building.”

“Didn't like, youth soccer teams playing soccer near pool in full view of front desk, we had to literally dodge balls and running kids to get in and out of our room staff did nothing. Air conditioner didn't work unless you put it on 61* then it worked... for ten whole minutes.”
