“The lobby smelled like vanilla musk. It was fantastic! Clean, affordable and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. A good choice if you’re going to see a show at the Amp Ballantyne.”

“Not a bad room to spend the night in at all! Very simple. Had a lot of keycard issues, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet and understanding. The shuttle staff were all very kind and helpful as well!”

Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money”

“Before I start this review I would like to give a very special shout out to Eddie the staff member at this location. If it wasn't for him my score would have been lower. He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. Thank you Eddie. The 6th floor has a smell of mildew. They have humidifiers in the hallway that's how bad it is. The bathroom tub is...

“The bar isn’t set up, no city view, no room service. The pool wasn’t open. No ventilation in the bathroom. I will never book here again.”

“I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it.”
