“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”

“Overall a great stay. Got in late and the home was a bit hot. Opening the windows for some cross breeze helped cool things off. Kitchen was well appointed and we really just used it as a crash pad to prep for a wedding weekend and to serve as base camp to a visit to Vancouver day trip. A quick visit to the boardwalk was nice and there was a sand castle competition of sorts and some festivities over the weekend. ”

It was clean, great view, great location in birch bay, parking is easy, communication was good etc. yes the property is could use updating but this was disclosed in the description and we thought it was fine. Maybe I missed it in the description but pick up some duraflame logs for the fireplace. And if you have kids and want to use the racketball and table tennis facilities in the game room, would be best to bring your own game paddles, balls etc.”

“A comfortable condo”

“We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”
