“All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). “The hotel is a tad bit dated, but it is spotless! My room was so clean, there wasn’t even dust anywhere. Even the filters in the air conditioner/heater were brand new! I know because I checked! The bed was super comfortable. The pillows could use some work, they were a bit flat. But, that is certainly not a deal breaker.
