“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. “Location was great, unit was in poor condition. Kitchen faucet leaked, walls were very dirty with scuf marks and looked like blood or buggers on bathroom door jamb. Bathroom (barndoor) wouldn't shut all the way. Bed was supper hard. Was rented to 5 bodies with only 4 sleeping spots so we had to buy a blow up mattress.”

“This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach.
