“Great service amazing room , one thing I didn’t like is when at the pub after 9 pm you need to leave the complex walk outside then swip back in , you should have an internal passage that is card swipe protected when returning to your accommodation from the pub ”

“Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

“Immaculate & Clean rooms. Reception staff was awesome also, was soooo rushed after xmas shopping that morning, we had booked a room to just RELAX. To the guy on reception hes just awesome and calming, telling me to just take my time, bless you x and we will be back to stay for sure.”
