“Staff helped me with arranging late check-in and seemed quite friendly and professional. Parking is convenient with on site parking. The room looked clean but unfortunately there were roaches, so I left in the middle of the night. If it wasn’t for this bug incident, taking into account friendliness of staff and the room’s superficial condition I would have given it 5 stars.”

“I've stayed there a couple of time now. Positive experience. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay there again. A couple of very minor things... 1. The toilet roll holder in the room was a bit loose. 2. The underground car park was closed one night when I arrived back at about 7pm. The concierge did offer to open it up for me, but I'd already parked elsewhere. 3. On our last night no hand towels or bath mats were provided but I did get an extra towel.”

“Parking was easy - even though on a main intersection in Sunnybank, traffic noise wasn't a problem. Property is old but comfortable for short stays. Hotel offers good food and is surrounded by many restaurants within easy walk. Shopping centre immediately across the road - Coles, KMart, Woolworths, banks etc. Easy public transport to the city from the bus stop on the KMart side - 50c bus fares make getting around very easy, especially to the city.”
