“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. “My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! ”

“Very clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of comgortable pillows. Well stocked with spices dishes etc. Excellent wifi internet. No problems at all with streaming on tv. It was downstairs but i never heard any noise from upstairs. Jonathon responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again. Nice gas weber grill. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.”
