“Nice hotel”

“Property was not well maintained considering that it’s a “new” hotel. Dirty hallway carpets, chips in the bathroom molding, huge holes in the wall on the gym level. The front desk was not particularly friendly upon arrival and the drivers for the town car seemed inconvenienced. When pulling the bed long down, the fitted sheet came off revealing a nasty bed protector. Also, no pool/hot tub. The rooftop restaurant was nice. We’ve stayed at other Kimpton hotels and this one did not seem up...

“Pros:The rental was very spacious. Comfortably slept our group of adults. Cute themed decor too. The check in process was very quick and easy and Jeff got us in early which was nice. “I would NOT recommend this VRBO. I chose it as a landing and gathering place for family from across the state and out of state. We looked forward to a comfortable place to cook, visit and hang out. We chose it for the yard, outdoor space and treehouse for children to play on and a secure yard for the dog. Unfortunately, the yard was littered with trash and cigarette butts, the fence was broken and the deck and treehouse were made of exposed wood that was not safe for children to play. The house...

“This is a wonderful spot for couples. This rental takes up the basement of a home in a very quiet neighborhood north of the Denver Tech Center. The unit was extremely clean and organized, with a lot of thoughtful touches that gave it a very cozy feel. The hot tub was wonderful, and extremely private. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with, and were very responsive to any questions that we had. ”
