“All staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Easy, well-lit parking. Nice breakfast, too.”

“The room experience was terrible Breakfast was not available but mentioned as included during booking! Plug points were not working. Most importantly the main door was not locking and the staff mentioned they dont have anyone to fix it and have to wait till the next morning which was ridiculous and safety concern! I asked for a full refund which is yet to be processed”
