“The ac unit, at least in the room that I was in, sounded like a lawn mower when the fan would kick on. ”

“I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand. The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment. The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....

“Older property with outside entrances to the rooms. BUT, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the price was right for a one-night business stopover.”

“When we got to our room, we had problems with the television. The staff was great, they sent someone right away and rectified the problem.”
