“My daughters and I absolutely LOVED staying at the Riverboat Inn. The entire place has a great vibe, cool patrons, and a loving staff. Our room was huge with a great view of the bridge! I'd highly recommend this property! ”

“Save your money! No outside lights in parking lot. Property is in disrepair. My room had a dirty tub, pee in the toilet, and no light bulbs in lights. My room was changed, and it had no soap, shampoo or body wash. Additionally, the smoke alert beeped all night. I said something and was offered nothing. Very disappointing.”

“The hotel is older but still in good condition. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The bed was comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was also quick. They offered us a trip bag when we checked out with goodies we would need on the road...i.e. water, snacks. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from with workers checking on the food and keeping it well stocked. There was plenty of food to choose from. The pool looked clean and inviting...

The location is PERFECT with lots of shopping & dining all around. The host was super responsive. I just can’t say enough about THE CHANDLER! The “best spot” in Madison Indiana!”

“The hotel does not look like the pictures online. The carpets are old and have a lot of stains. The beds are comfortable. The food was mostly gone an hour before the breakfast closed so there was little to choose from. The door to the room didn’t close all the way unless you forced it closed. It needs revamped I think. ”
