“The hotel was clean as usual, and we received great service from all staff members. What I didn’t like was the dogs barking, literally having a barking contest; I thought I was at a dog daycare. Next time I will ask to be far away from guests with dogs. I couldn’t sleep. I am a pup grandma and love animals, but I wasn’t expecting to hear that on my vacation.”

“I have stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton for more than 20 nights over the past year at different locations, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. After a long drive, I arrived after midnight. It was a late check-in, and everyone was probably tired, so I didn’t make a big deal about the issues at the time. I just wanted to get some sleep.
