“Nuova, Confortevole, Spaziosa. Le uova che accompagnavo il bacon erano cucinate non solo con verdure ma anche con carne”

“Room and bathroom were clean, family friendly, breakfast included good variety. Main lobby and dining areas are renovated, rooms could use some upgrades. There was no vent in bathroom and also missing towel hangers/hooks. Parking structure is a plus since there was no space out front.”

“First was dirty. Bed mattress was stained really bad. The fridge had pass visitors stuff in it ( was not cleaned from the past guests) went downstairs to get another room issued the white lady said the the other lady that was sitting in chair in the back took care of it.. but the other room#224 that we did get had a roach in the bathroom the bathroom toilet did not flush well, and the vent didn’t work eitherSo with the weather (raining really bad) and every other hotel was full that was close to...

“1st asked for a 2 bedroom suite; that is what I booked when I arrived they had to split us; glad my party was old enough; 2nd billed for a pet fee; my animal is a service dog; still waiting for that credit to adjust. 3rd the pool needs a deep cleaning and the hot tub would not work. Gym floor was wet; the free breakfast needs a new chef or pre-cooked vendor needs to be changed. I hope they go under renovation soon for the price and the property is not worth it. Sorry to the staff ; I know yall...

“The advertised complimentary breakfast was disappointing.”

“We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time.”

“This was not a good place to stay. It was just awful. Shower curtain was raggedy, the walls dirty. Just horrible”

“Coffee in room. Better coffee in lobby. Staff should not move around coffee grinds with their bare hands as I witnessed. If staff say lobby will be unlocked at 6 am for coffee, juice, and granola bars, it should be.”
