“The hotel is ok, it’s close to a hospital and it seems like it’s for families that need to stay close to the hospital. They charge for everything including water. No lotion in room & really bad coffee. ”

“Carpeting (UGH!) throughout the building was old and dirty. Bed mattress had springs sticking up. Pillows, while plentiful(5) felt like they were filled with wads of paper.”

“We stayed in three rooms for three nights, and they never cleaned our rooms. They didn't even empty the trash cans; within three days, they were overflowing. I went to the front desk and asked them to clean the rooms, but they did nothing. The entire hotel wasn't as clean as the reviews said. This isn't the quality I expected from Hampton Inn. I usually prefer Hampton Inn to other hotels, but in the future, I'll switch to another brand.”

“The property is pet friendly on the first two floors. Our third floor shower had inadequate water pressure & after coming back from being gone for 4 hours, the room smelled like mildew. The location needs repairs to tiles, missing pieces of trim, bad caulking, scratches to finishing, & but the breakfast looked good. Eggs looked fluffy & everything was well stocked. ”

“We booked this place because it had an indoor pool, a workout room, and breakfast. Well, when we arrived, the front desk informed us that the pool was not really available due to the heating system..the water was freezing! We could barely keep our feet in the water before our feet went numb. The workout room was ok, only two of the three treadmills worked, and they had sticky gooey stuff on them. The first morning breakfast was good, plenty to choose from, the second morning the place was packed...
